Love Rio offers returns and exchanges. Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days after the date of purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged if they are unworn, unwashed, in new condition and have the tag attached. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please send an email to LoveRioBikinis@gmail.com with your request. Upon receipt of the email, Love Rio will email you a pre-paid return label. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Print it out and affix it to the return package. You may use the package the item was shipped in for the return. If you are requesting a return, your refund will be processed upon the receipt of the returned item. (Shipping charges are not refundable.) If you are requesting an exchange, the new item will be shipped upon receipt of the returned item.
